Designers: Banner Ad Dimensions and Requirements
Please have your graphics / creatives designer follow the following basic ad rules. If you do NOT have a graphics / creatives designer we we'll be glad to do the work for you. Since we're now totally online there's no need for extra specification requirements.
- Save images in .PNG or .JPG formats (we're not limited to Macintosh file types)
- Keep text .25 inches from image edge
- Follow all general marketing rules for ad clarity and formatting (no need to tell us your fonts)
- Place the image size at the end of the file name for each banner (Ex: mybanner720x90)
- For artwork not uploaded please send to the address on the Contact Us page
- Our banners are NOT limited to a few sizes (see below)

Ad Digital Upload / Approval Service
Existing customers that have ad work ready for publishing may utilize this service by doing the following:
- Login into your account (you may have your graphics/creatives designer perform this step for you)
- Upload your logo to our automated MastHead Ad service
- Approved ads will instantly show up on this site and all network sites
- Change your ad as often as you like
Rates
All advertising rates are set on a per year basis at the lowest reasonable rates in the industry. There are no other charges unless you need assistance creating or manipulating graphics.
Camera Ready Requirements
Ad materials must be submitted in
digital format. Color or black & white proof must
accompany digital files. No film please.
